TENDER NOTICE
Tender Enquiry No. Drugs/Surgicals.2014/04


SEALED TENDERS are invited from manufacturers or their authorized dealers/distributors for supply of SUPPORTIVE/ CHEMOTHERAPY DRUGS and SURGICAL Materials on rate contract for one/two years. 
  1. Tender instruction document including terms & conditions are available on the University Website www.bfuhs.ac.in and on College website www.ggsmch.org  can be downloaded. However, the tenderer shall deposit the tender instruction Document fee of Rs.1000/-. Each tender must accompany earnest money of Rs 50,000/- in the shape of Demand Draft in a separate sealed cover. Both demand drafts should be in favour of Principal, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College,
  2. Faridkot(Pb).
  3. Tender must reach the office of the Principal, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot by 2:30 Pm on 22th April, 2014. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 Pm at the same office. Tenders received after the stipulated time and date due to any reason, including postal delay, will not be entertained.
